Hypopigmented mycosis fungoides: case report

Hypopigmented Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a rare variant of MF that usually has a predilection for young individuals with black-dark complexion. We present a 35-year-old woman in whom widespread hypopigmented macules and a few patches developed as the initial clinical feature of MF. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. Hypopigmented MF must now be included in the differential diagnosis of hypopigmented
macular lesions not only in black or dark-skinned patients but also in white patients.

Hipopigmente Mikozis Fungoides: Olgu Sunumu

Mikozis fungoides’in (MF) nadir bir tipi olan hipopigmente MF genellikle gençlerde ve kahverengi-siyah derili kişilerde görülür. Yaygın hipopigmente makülleri ile birkaç yama lezyonu olan ve histopatolojik tetkik sonucu MF tanısı konan 35 yaşında bir kadın olgu, hipopigmente MF in beyaz ırkta çok nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulmuştur.
