Dermatophytoses are the most common fungal infections of the skin. In the clinical practise, tinea pedis is most common clinical form of dermatophytosis. Other clinical forms are tinea cruris, tinea capitis, tinea corporis and tinea faciei. Tinea faciei is a rare form of dermatophytosis of glabrous skin, characterized by a well- circumscribed erythematous patch, and is more commonly misdiagnosed with some dermatologic diseases as seborrheic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, polymorphic light eruption and lymphocytic infiltrations. In addition, it is reported its clinical forms resembling folliculitis, perioral dermatitis, impetigo and sycosis. To date, a few cases of dermatophytosis involving eyelid were presented in the literature. Here, we present a patient who has an erythematous and fine scaly patch on her eyelid and who is diagnosed as dermatophytic blepharitis by helping typical tinea corporis on her wrist. Dermatofitozlar deride en sık görülen mantar enfeksiyonlarıdır. En çok görülen tipi tinea pedis olup, tinea kruris, tinea kapitis, tinea korporis ve tinea fasiei gibi klinik tipleri mevcuttur. Tinea fasiei diğer klinik formlara göre daha az görülen ve ayrıcı tanıda sıklıkla sorun yaratan bir dermatofitozdur. Klasik eritemli skuamlı, keskin sınırlı, ortadan iyileşme gösteren lezyonlarla seyredebildiği kadar, atipik klinik görünümlerle de seyredebilir. Seboreik dermatit, kontakt dermatit, polimorf ışık reaksiyonu ve lenfositik infiltrasyonlarla karışabilir. Ayrıca, papül ve püstüllerle seyreden follikülit benzeri, perioral dermatit benzeri, impetigo ve sikozis benzeri gibi klinik formları da tarif edilmiştir. Literatürde bugüne kadar göz kapağını tutan çok az sayıda vaka bildirilmiştir. Burada 40 yaşında göz kapağında eritemli, hafif skuamlı bir lezyonla başvuran, el bileğindeki tipik tinea korporis lezyonunun da yardımıyla dermatofitik blefarit tanısı konulan bir olguyu sunuyoruz.
