Kikuchi disease (KD), is a rare, benign and self-limited condition characterized by fever, cervical lymphadenopathy and leukopenia. Differential diagnosis of KD from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), tuberculosis and lymphoma should be performed because of having similar clinical and histological features and entirely different treatment and prognosis. KD and SLE may present together. In this case report we present a female patient with the diagnosis of KD and SLE simultaneously.

Kikuchi hastal�� (KH) ate�, servikal lenfadenopati ve l�kopeni ile karakterize iyi huylu ve kendini s�n�rlayan nadir bir hastal�kt�r. Benzer klinik ve histolojik �zelliklere sahip olduklar� i�in KH�n�n, tedavi ve prognozu tamamen farkl� olan sistemik lupus eritematoz (SLE), t�berk�loz ve lenfoma ile ay�r�c� tan�s� yap�lmal�d�r. Ayr�ca nadir olarak KH ve SLE birlikte g�r�lebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda KH ve SLE tan�lar�n� e� zamanl� alm�� olan bir kad�n hasta sunuldu.
