Mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of hair loss

However, treatment of hair loss is frustrating for both patients and doctors. Mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma have recently become advertised method for the treatment of different types of alopecia. The efficacy of these methods in hair loss is controversial in view of lack of documented evidence. It was reviewed the data about the efficacy, safety and treatment protocols of mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma in patients with hair loss.

Saç dökülmesinde kullanılan tedaviler her zaman etkili olmayabilir. Mezoterapi ve trombositten zengin plazma tedavileri son yıllarda her çeşit alopesi tedavisinde kullanılmaya başlanan yeni tedavi metodlarıdır. Bu tedavi yöntemlerinin etkinliğine dair yeterli kanıt yoktur. Bu yazıda alopesi tedavisinde kullanılan mezoterapi ve trombositten zengin plazma tedavisinin etkinliği, güvenilirliği ve tedavi protokolleri ile ilgili literatür bilgileri gözden geçirilmiş ve derlenmiştir.
