Patient management in dermoscopy

Considering the work load in daily practice, it’s necessary to establish a cost-effective approach in the dermoscopic evaluation for early diagnose of melanoma, which is the primary goal of dermoscopy. In this article, the basic characteristics of “patient management strategy in dermoscopy”, which are necessary for such an approach, are discussed.
